What you will do

• Respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide clear, digestible solutions.
• Manage administrative tasks including account management, credit approvals, and item reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering and corporate teams to provide feedback on feature requests and tool enhancements.
• Coordinate with vendor and industry partners to improve system communication and alerts.
• Develop and expand support workflows to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 1 year of relevant customer-facing work experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Unable to sponsor work visas.
