What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via live chat, phone, and email.
• Resolve account, order, and delivery issues while providing expert advice on dog nutrition.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the Customer Care knowledge base.

Requirements

• Vet Nurse qualifications with 2+ years of practical clinic or practice experience.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Must be available to work a rotating roster across a 7-day working week.
• Genuine passion for dogs and pet wellness.
