What you will do
- Execute accurate and timely entry and processing of after-sales orders.
- Address customer concerns regarding order status, changes, and delivery commitments.
- Act as a liaison between sales, planning, and logistics departments to resolve issues.
- Evaluate and resolve order discrepancies communicated by customers.
- Provide high-level support to both internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and workload management skills.
