What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication and oversight.
• Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests for key accounts.
• Analyze account performance and deliver optimization opportunities and presentations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on client feedback loops and bug resolutions.
• Nurture corporate relationships to drive affinity, loyalty, and trust in the platform.
• Coordinate with onboarding and implementation teams to integrate new acquisition clinics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for communication with senior leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in the USA; the company is unable to sponsor work visas.
• Willingness to travel for client-facing events.
