Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario (with a minimum of four in-office days per week) or San Diego, California (with a minimum of three in-office days per week)
Salary: Toronto Based Candidates $70,000 - $100,000 (CAD), San Diego Based Candidates $95,000 - $115,000 (USD)

What you will do
- Own day-to-day client relationship management across strategic accounts.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for client stakeholders, translating needs into clear internal action.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure client workstreams stay aligned and on track.
- Drive meeting cadences, status updates, and action-item management across multiple initiatives.
- Monitor account health, identify risks early, and proactively resolve issues.
- Partner with leadership and delivery teams to identify opportunities for account growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
- Experience managing complex enterprise relationships or working with large cross-functional client environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- A university degree in business, management, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a startup, consulting firm, or high-growth technology environment.
- Experience supporting technical, data, digital, or product-related client engagements.
- Exposure to account growth, commercial discussions, or opportunity development within existing client relationships.
- Familiarity with project tracking, workflow management, and client reporting tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies.
