What you will do

  • Drive sales and business development activities for memory test solutions in Korea.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including forecasting, quoting, and booking.
  • Lead strategic customer engagements and design-in opportunities with key memory accounts.
  • Position product value propositions and differentiate offerings against competitors.
  • Coordinate internal resources across Global, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and gather market insights to support product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales or business development within the semiconductor, memory, or ATE industry.
  • Hands-on experience in global company sales environments and back-end processes.
  • Solid domain knowledge of testers/ATE gained through sales, applications, or engineering.
  • Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Seoul, South Korea.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing Tier-1 memory accounts in Korea.
  • Strong ability to lead both technical and business discussions with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
