What you will do
- Drive sales and business development activities for memory test solutions in Korea.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including forecasting, quoting, and booking.
- Lead strategic customer engagements and design-in opportunities with key memory accounts.
- Position product value propositions and differentiate offerings against competitors.
- Coordinate internal resources across Global, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and gather market insights to support product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in sales or business development within the semiconductor, memory, or ATE industry.
- Hands-on experience in global company sales environments and back-end processes.
- Solid domain knowledge of testers/ATE gained through sales, applications, or engineering.
- Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Must be based in or able to work in Seoul, South Korea.
Nice to have
- Experience managing Tier-1 memory accounts in Korea.
- Strong ability to lead both technical and business discussions with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
