What you will do
- Develop the strategic direction for the combined sales, application, and service team to achieve bookings targets.
- Win major strategic design-ins and increase market share and margins.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a world-class team of sales professionals.
- Establish and maintain personal relationships with key decision-makers at customer companies and subcontractors.
- Provide strategic input on resource prioritization, pricing, product marketing, and engineering roadmaps.
- Improve overall productivity and cost efficiency across the customer team.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the semiconductor equipment or semiconductor-related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and market share targets.
- Solid experience in building and managing major sales accounts, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment.
- Over 5 years of leadership experience in motivating and developing teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically over 50% of the time.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
