What you will do

• Install and configure Windows/Mac hardware, software, cloud services, and network devices.
• Manage user lifecycle including on-boarding, off-boarding, and device provisioning.
• Resolve technical support tickets and track workflow using Jira Service Management.
• Maintain and restock hardware inventory and implement software updates.
• Support SSO integrations with third-party software to enhance security.
• Develop user-facing technical guidance and communications.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Phoenix, AZ for on-site work.
• 2+ years of experience in desktop/mobile administration and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) and network administration.
• Experience working within a tech startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED.
