What you will do

• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities with a strong focus on end customers.
• Translate customer challenges into impactful automation solutions using Universal Robots and MiR.
• Develop and manage a high-performing network of OEMs, system integrators, and distributors.
• Collaborate with Application Engineering, Marketing, and Service teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Own and manage a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or technical B2B sales.
• Strong experience working with partners such as OEMs or system integrators.
• German citizenship required.
• Fluent in German and English.
