What you will do

• Contact homeowners via phone and email to resolve account statuses and late fees.
• Perform skip-tracing to locate homeowners with outdated contact information.
• Establish mutually agreeable payment arrangements and support homeowners in financial difficulty.
• Coordinate account extensions, modifications, forbearances, and repayment plans.
• Mentor other Collections Specialists and lead departmental initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve account discrepancies and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in collections.
• Proven experience with skip-tracing and loan calculations (amortization, APR, simple interest).
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Zendesk, Salesforce, and other CRM systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations including FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA.
• Must be based in Phoenix, AZ (On-site).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
