What you will do

• Manage end-to-end service parts order processing, from receiving customer requirements to ensuring delivery commitment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including field teams, production, and planning to guarantee order fulfillment.
• Monitor the parts order flow process and coordinate the resolution of any emerging issues.
• Handle urgent orders and arrange self-pickup for key customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding parts support and queries.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment collection from customers.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations.
• Industry experience in semiconductor, high-tech, or industrial automation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong customer orientation and passion for issue resolution.
• Adequate English reading and writing skills for interacting with international functions.
• College degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or Business Administration.
