What you will do

• Monitor daily production and process performance to ensure timely and quality delivery of assignments.
• Support customer-level allocation and pre-planning activities to facilitate smooth export processes.
• Review operational data to analyze service quality, profitability, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect and report system pain points to drive continuous improvement of workflows and methodologies.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards using Excel and BI tools to track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive measures.

Requirements

• Must be a current BA/BS student.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and operational performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for managing customer expectations and escalations.
