What you will do

• Build business operations for the core Servicing team in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve existing products and processes for operations stakeholders.
• Identify and assess the viability of new business opportunities and other strategic initiatives.
• Research business requirements for new processes and translate them into mature standard operating procedures.
• Work with Client Experience, Servicing Operations, and Quality Management teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, investing, or a business operations role.
• Proficiency in SQL and fluency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong project management skills and experience in effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to reason with and draw insights from data.
• Must be based in New York for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Programming experience, particularly in Python.
• Experience in the financial technology sector, mortgage origination, mortgage servicing, or the real estate industry.
