Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do

• Drive onboarding and implementation for new or expanding enterprise customers to improve time-to-value.
• Manage complex, multi-threaded projects involving internal and external stakeholders over extended periods.
• Develop implementation project plans tailored to the specific needs of Payments, Fintech, and Banking clients.
• Gather business requirements and provide integration best practices to help customers reduce compliance scope.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve technical risks related to proxy connectivity, integrations, and platform features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project management or technology consultation in customer-facing environments.
• Proficiency with Project Management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or SmartSheet.
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments with a strong sense of prioritization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn new technical tools and software quickly.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
