What you will do

• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients within designated industry verticals.
• Oversee portfolios of key accounts, ensuring project profitability and efficient resource utilization.
• Lead strategic initiatives and tentpole projects, aligning agency services with client objectives.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, Strategy, and Finance teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Manage, coach, and motivate client services teams to maximize performance.
• Partner with the new business team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY (On-site)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in agencies, brands, and sales teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles.
• Proven track record in leadership roles at Director or VP level.
• Extensive network of industry contacts and deep understanding of marketing trends.
