TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work in the NYC area for a hybrid role

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and build pipelines of exceptional talent.
  • Guide candidates through the entire process from first touch to offer negotiation.
  • Document and improve recruiting infrastructure, including interview scorecards and hiring workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Proven success in hiring across multiple disciplines and levels.
  • Strong sourcing capability and ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and partner with technical hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling recruiting operations for early-stage or Series A/B startups.
  • Familiarity with modern engineering stacks.
  • Background in employer branding.
