What you will do

• Maintain full accountability for customer P&L, including annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle and act as the senior interface for customer negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to drive growth and win new business.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of new developments and ongoing business operations.
• Define and implement governance structures, KPIs, and SLAs across the programme.
• Manage risks, issues, and interdependencies to prevent constraints in the delivery plan.

Requirements

• Strong practical experience in operational projects and operations management.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Working knowledge of programme management methodologies and techniques.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and contract management.
• Must be able to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with National Law.
• Ability to successfully undergo UK National Security Vetting.
