What you will do

• Design and execute a national channel and distribution strategy for China aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and develop distributors, system integrators, and OEMs to strengthen market coverage.
• Define revenue and growth targets and monitor execution via CRM and structured performance reviews.
• Organize Joint Business Planning (JBP) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with regional sales teams.
• Lead partner enablement through training, certification programs, and KPI development.
• Serve as the central point of contact for partner-related topics across cross-functional teams and global HQ.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner/channel dynamics (Distribution, OEM, Ecosystem, System Integrators).
• Proven ability to connect incentives and programs to commercial outcomes.
• Experience working within multi-country, multinational environments.
• English proficiency is required.
• Strong skills in data analytics and KPI development to drive accountability.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mentality.
