What you will do

• Own end-to-end commercial performance for designated offline retail accounts in Taiwan.
• Develop and execute retail business strategies, including assortment planning and promotion execution.
• Drive in-store visibility, brand presentation, and retail execution excellence.
• Partner with key retail accounts to identify growth opportunities and strengthen business relationships.
• Analyze sell-out performance, market trends, and inventory status to support strategic planning.
• Manage trade spend and channel investment budgets to maximize profitability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in retail sales, channel management, or key account management.
• Strong understanding of the Taiwan retail landscape and offline channel operations.
• Proven track record in driving sell-out growth and retail execution.
• Solid analytical, forecasting, and business planning capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
