What you will do

• Develop strategic partnerships with key accounts to create new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute account strategies to drive revenue and increase market share.
• Coordinate internal teams and resources to provide technical solutions that solve customer problems and fulfill business needs.
• Manage the strategic sales process in conjunction with partners and internal support teams.
• Build strong relationships across all organizational levels within customer accounts.
• Create commercial proposals to fulfill customer needs and win competitions.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• At least 8 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering or front-end equipment sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
• Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Good command of English.
