TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Life Sciences): Driving new business and customer expansion within the Life Sciences vertical through strategic account planning and solution-based selling with an accent on Pharma, Med Device, and Lab Diagnostics. Focus on managing the full sales cycle and solving ambiguous business challenges to increase the adoption of price transparency solutions.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $220,000 – $245,000 OTE

hirify.global is a Series C price transparency platform building the infrastructure for a more open and efficient healthcare marketplace.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing net new business.
  • Exceed sales quotas by driving adoption of Life Sciences products across Pharma, Med Device, and Lab Diagnostics.
  • Develop deep relationships with stakeholders ranging from Managers to C-suite executives.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans and stakeholder engagement strategies for revenue expansion.
  • Run discovery sessions to solve prospect business challenges through tailored platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing to execute GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Enterprise Life Sciences sales experience or 3+ years of management consulting within Life Sciences.
  • Expertise in market access, pricing, and reimbursement within the US healthcare ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with publicly traded stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in the United States and available to work US business hours.
