What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and SMEs to conceptualize, prototype, and build data solutions.
• Unify multi-source healthcare datasets into high-quality, analytics-ready data models.
• Build and maintain data engineering systems for AI use cases, including scalable ingestion pipelines and feature generation.
• Develop, maintain, and test data pipelines while drafting technical documentation.
• Iterate quickly on product features based on technical and internal customer feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing data models and end-to-end analytical solutions using Python and SQL.
• Proficiency with modern AI tooling, including OpenAI APIs, vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate), and RAG architectures.
• Experience with LLM evaluation strategies and monitoring, such as hallucination mitigation.
• Strong grasp of ETL/ELT workflows, orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt), and cloud storage (S3, Redshift).
• Ability to design scalable and cost-efficient systems for compute- and data-intensive workloads.
• Must be based in the United States.
