What you will do

• Drive the full model development lifecycle from ideation to production deployment.
• Design and build enterprise-grade AI agent systems to automate complex business workflows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align AI roadmaps with organizational strategy.
• Educate the broader organization on leveraging AI/ML for improved customer outcomes.
• Hire, manage, and retain a high-performance team of AI/ML engineers.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies in the LLM and foundation model ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• MS or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Math, CS, Engineering).
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles with a track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
• Hands-on expertise in LLMs, reinforcement learning (RLHF), fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face, or vLLM.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
