What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize ML models including supervised, unsupervised, and LLM-based solutions.
• Translate experimental prototypes into scalable, maintainable production systems.
• Build and enhance ML infrastructure for feature extraction, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive technical strategy for reproducibility, model versioning, and CI/CD automation.
• Mentor engineers on ML design patterns, software craftsmanship, and experimentation frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure AI components integrate seamlessly across the ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Proven track record of building and deploying ML models at production scale in cloud-native environments.
• Expertise in data pipelines, ETL, and feature engineering using tools like Spark, Airflow, or dbt.
• Solid knowledge of MLOps practices including model monitoring, retraining, and experiment tracking.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the country.

• Experience with LLM-based solutions, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
