What you will do

• Architect and build stateful, graph-based agent workflows with memory and planning capabilities.
• Integrate frontier LLMs and multimodal models using structured I/O and tool calling.
• Develop high-reliability APIs and streaming services for real-time health data inference.
• Implement robust evaluation pipelines including LLM-as-judge, human-in-the-loop, and regression testing.
• Optimize system performance regarding cost, latency, and throughput for production-scale health AI.
• Ensure production readiness through observability, tracing, and strict adherence to SLOs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada
• 1+ years of experience building agentic AI systems
• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack or ML engineer in Python, Go, or similar
• Fluency with agentic orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, PydanticAI, or LlamaIndex
• Strong expertise in API design, backend frameworks, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with vector databases, retrieval systems, and production-grade observability

Nice to have

• Expertise in real-time multimodal systems and low-latency streaming
• Experience with Graph RAG and advanced query planning
• Knowledge of regulated data environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Background in consumer-scale AI applications or edge acceleration
