TL;DR

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $160,000 – $185,000

hirify.global is a Series C price transparency platform building the infrastructure for a more open and efficient healthcare marketplace.

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches, updates, and experiments.
  • Strategically create product messaging and positioning through research and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create and maintain core product marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials and presentations.
  • Conduct persona and competitive research to support positioning and sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams on cross-channel campaigns and lifecycle content.
  • Track and report performance of marketing initiatives to identify key learnings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B or life sciences consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience leading product marketing for an entire vertical.
  • Experience marketing to healthcare stakeholders including health systems, payers, and providers.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategy, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Experience developing training and enablement programs for sales teams and channel partners.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working at a healthtech startup.
  • Experience with both traditional B2B marketing and product-led growth.
