TL;DR

Senior Manager, Product Marketing (Medtech): Driving go-to-market strategies and product adoption for a virtual medical practice with an accent on the health plan market, including Commercial and Medicaid segments. Focus on developing compelling value propositions, managing complex cross-functional launches, and creating sales enablement assets to drive growth.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 plus bonus

What you will do

  • Develop and refine product messaging and value propositions that differentiate offerings in the health plan market.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement tools including pitch decks, product datasheets, battle cards, and RFP responses.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform Product and Marketing team strategies.
  • Partner with demand generation and event teams to develop marketing assets like blog posts, webinars, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute complex go-to-market programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, channel, or partner marketing within tech, digital health, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience in partner marketing is required.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex narratives to both technical and business-focused stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare experience marketing to health plans (Medicaid, Fully Insured, ASO).
  • Strong proficiency in RFP management and content creation.
  • Experience delivering sales and partner enablement training.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Asana.
