Salary: $150,000–$175,000 plus bonus

What you will do
- Develop and refine product messaging and value propositions that differentiate offerings in the health plan market.
- Create and maintain sales enablement tools including pitch decks, product datasheets, battle cards, and RFP responses.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform Product and Marketing team strategies.
- Partner with demand generation and event teams to develop marketing assets like blog posts, webinars, and case studies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute complex go-to-market programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, channel, or partner marketing within tech, digital health, or SaaS.
- Proven experience in partner marketing is required.
- Strong ability to communicate complex narratives to both technical and business-focused stakeholders.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion.
Nice to have
- Healthcare experience marketing to health plans (Medicaid, Fully Insured, ASO).
- Strong proficiency in RFP management and content creation.
- Experience delivering sales and partner enablement training.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Asana.
