What you will do
- Own the marketing strategy and execution across bottom-up (developer-led) and top-down (enterprise ABM) motions.
- Build enterprise demand generation targeting large engineering organizations and executive leadership (CTOs, VPs).
- Optimize the full acquisition funnel from awareness to SQL, managing paid campaigns, SEO, and events.
- Lead GTM for new product releases, collaborating with DevRel, Product, and Sales teams.
- Partner closely with Founders to craft high-impact technical messaging and positioning.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years targeting developers or technical audiences.
- Proven track record of scaling acquisition funnels with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Ability to translate complex developer tools into clear value propositions.
- Resourceful execution skills and startup DNA, comfortable building landing pages and ad copy personally.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience as an early marketing hire at Series A-C stage startups.
- Expertise in developer productivity categories (devtools, infrastructure, API).
- Technical background.
- Based in the SF/Bay Area and comfortable with Pacific Time working hours.
