What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B2C enrollment marketing playbooks tailored to partner cohorts.
  • Build and deploy automated multi-channel customer journeys using Email, SMS, and Direct Mail.
  • Configure and optimize the marketing technology stack to ensure high-scale, personalized patient interactions.
  • Own the enrollment funnel by designing A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Partner with Data Science and Product teams to build dashboards that track and prove campaign ROI.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in enrollment marketing, patient acquisition, or B2B2C growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing large-scale lead volumes and funnels.
  • Technical proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in HealthTech or digital healthcare.

Nice to have

  • Professional certification in marketing automation tools.
  • Specific experience navigating HIPAA compliance in a marketing context.
