What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product engineers building data analysis products on health service pricing data.
• Own the technical execution and delivery of key product features, ensuring high quality, performance, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight in modern frontend technologies, specifically VueJS.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Champion a culture of excellence by conducting code reviews and ensuring rigorous UX and reliability standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product engineering and 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Proven expertise shipping reliable products with high-quality user experiences.
• Experience working with AWS, Heroku, and observability tools like DataDog.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the US and operate on US business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience working in SaaS or data-intensive environments.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO-27001).
• Proficiency with Python, Django, and VueJS.
• Experience in a remote-first environment.
