Salary: $120,500–$145,000

What you will do
- Lead customer onboarding and training to ensure effective product adoption and success.
- Manage account retention and growth by building trusted relationships with enterprise security teams.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, providing technical guidance on security best practices.
- Partner with Engineering and Technical Support to proactively identify and resolve customer challenges.
- Gather customer feedback and trends to influence product improvements and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and drive expansion and upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in B2B cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Strong technical acumen in security tools, DevSecOps, or cloud security.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce (experience with Vitally is a plus).
- Must be based in the United States with valid work authorization (E-Verify).
