Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX (Hybrid role)
Salary: $112,700–$188,300 (plus commissions)

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed SDR team to drive consistent pipeline generation and meet quarterly targets.
- Partner with Regional Marketing and Sales leadership to execute Americas pipeline strategy, including new-logo development and cross/upsell initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing to deliver targeted call-downs and direct-to-market campaigns that accelerate pipeline creation.
- Optimize SDR tools, systems, and workflows in collaboration with Sales/Marketing Operations and IT.
- Provide data-driven reporting on team productivity, pipeline contribution, and goal attainment.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage performance through regular coaching, feedback, and reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years leading a Sales Development team.
- 4+ years of inside sales experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the USA without employer sponsorship required.
- Proven track record in high-volume, phone-based lead generation and sales.
- Experience working within a channel-based company and understanding of the IT channel.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Sales Leadership for pipeline outcomes.
