What you will do
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to reach ideal customer profiles.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and pitching to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to influence the roadmap based on customer insights.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality service and customer success.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal sales process and collateral.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a closing and quota-carrying sales role with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Proven experience selling B2B technical SaaS products, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
- Technical aptitude to understand complex software and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with standard sales tech stacks, including CRM and research tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
