Salary: $140K - $190K

is building a CI Reliability Platform designed to help engineering teams eliminate merge conflicts and flaky tests to ship high-quality software faster.
What you will do
- Own the event strategy, delivering talks at developer and platform engineering conferences (~30% travel).
- Manage the technical content pipeline, producing blog posts, webinars, demo videos, and case studies.
- Engage with platform engineering communities to surface insights for Product and GTM teams.
- Improve developer documentation and onboarding content to increase conversion rates.
- Measure and optimize content and event performance based on pipeline metrics.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in developer advocacy or relations with a hands-on engineering background.
- Proven track record as a conference speaker with recorded talks.
- Strong technical writing skills with a portfolio of published work.
- Experience as a community native with measurable professional reach.
- Metrics-driven approach to optimizing content and events.
- Must be based in San Francisco to attend office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing specifically to DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering teams.
- Prior experience working at a developer tools company.
- Existing strong relationships with conference organizers.
