Location: Fully remote across the US & Canada
Salary: $220,000 – $235,000

What you will do
- Lead the ideation and execution of high-impact projects that directly influence user experience and business outcomes.
- Develop and evolve the Conversational AI Engineering roadmap in collaboration with product and technical leadership.
- Architect and implement technical solutions for natural, engaging AI-driven conversations.
- Manage integration efforts with external agencies and insurance carriers.
- Normalize and evaluate results using ML-based predictions to determine optimal user paths.
- Partner with the Data Science team to utilize MLMs for retention forecasting and decision logic.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing software in a production environment.
- 4+ years of experience in a senior engineering role.
- Production expertise with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Proven experience designing RESTful APIs and codifying business logic on top of data stores.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- Ability to lead complex projects from conception through final execution.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with GCP, Looker, and BigQuery.
- Experience in product development as a key decision-maker.
- Cross-functional leadership and collaboration experience.
