TL;DR
Backend Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript): Building and evolving an enterprise behavior change platform with an accent on reliability, scalability, and B2B feature development. Focus on independently scoping large projects, reducing technical debt, and ensuring system stability under production loads.
Location: Remote (United States). Must have meaningful daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours and sufficient overlap with the Ireland-based team.
Compensation: $90–$125 per hour

What you will do
- Own and evolve the enterprise platform end-to-end, ensuring reliability, scalability, and managing technical debt.
- Develop new features for B2B customers, starting specifically with the Coaching application.
- Independently scope and deliver medium-to-large projects, translating ambiguous problems into sequenced workstreams.
- Partner with Product and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical plans.
- Provide on-call and incident response support during US working hours to maintain platform health.
Requirements
- Senior-level software engineering experience with a track record of owning production systems end-to-end.
- Strong full-stack proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience building and supporting B2B or enterprise-facing software.
- Pragmatic, startup-minded approach with a bias to ship and iterate quickly.
- Availability to engage as a contractor and start immediately.
- Daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
