Salary: $70,000 – $90,000

A virtual mental health practice built by clinicians to provide high-quality outpatient care and expand patient access through a dedicated virtual infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy for populations with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders.
  • Conduct standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
  • Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined and transparent goals.
  • Collaborate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists.
  • Exercise independent clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making following evidence-based standards.

Requirements

  • Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
  • Active, unrestricted license in Missouri.
  • Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
  • Experience and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making ability.

Nice to have

  • Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or IOP settings.
  • Proficiency in structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
