Salary: $70,000 – $90,000

What you will do
- Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy for populations with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders.
- Conduct standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
- Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined and transparent goals.
- Collaborate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists.
- Exercise independent clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making following evidence-based standards.
Requirements
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
- Active, unrestricted license in Missouri.
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
- Experience and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making ability.
Nice to have
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or IOP settings.
- Proficiency in structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
