What you will do

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy for populations with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders.
• Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists.
• Maintain clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making within evidence-based standards.

Requirements

• Independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license in Maryland.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
• Experience in structured clinical settings such as outpatient, community mental health, or hospital environments.
• Comfort managing a consistent caseload in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities including CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
