What you will do

  • Support Key Partnership Managers by providing operational support at the store level for key accounts.
  • Analyze store performance using dashboards to guide daily actions and priorities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store-level employees to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement store-level engagement plans to grow and retain partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Key Accounts team to achieve overall targets and goals.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through continuous store engagement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Experience in relationship management with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proven experience working with performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to be convincing.
  • Solution-oriented approach that combines innovation with data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a structured manner while thriving in ambiguous scale-up environments.
  • Must be based in Chicago, Illinois
