What you will do
- Support Key Partnership Managers by providing operational support at the store level for key accounts.
- Analyze store performance using dashboards to guide daily actions and priorities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store-level employees to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement store-level engagement plans to grow and retain partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Key Accounts team to achieve overall targets and goals.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through continuous store engagement and optimization.
Requirements
- Experience in relationship management with clients and key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proven experience working with performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to be convincing.
- Solution-oriented approach that combines innovation with data-informed decision-making.
- Ability to work in a structured manner while thriving in ambiguous scale-up environments.
- Must be based in Chicago, Illinois
