TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Partner (Sustainability): Managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales roles with an accent on campus recruitment and passive candidate sourcing. Focus on building diverse talent pipelines, strengthening the employer brand, and optimizing the candidate experience.
Location: Hybrid (Austin, Texas). Must be based in Austin, Texas as office attendance is required 3x a week.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales roles, maintaining company standards for Time To Hire.
- Directly source and nurture a diverse pipeline of passive candidates.
- Develop strategic partnerships with universities and execute campus recruitment initiatives and career fairs.
- Partner with Hiring Managers as a subject matter expert to guide data-driven decision-making.
- Promote the employer brand through creative outreach and networking events.
- Manage the full candidate journey from initial outreach to offer to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
- Significant experience in high-volume recruitment processes.
- Proven track record in campus recruitment and university brand building.
- Expertise in direct sourcing and leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
