Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 base salary

What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of sales reps to acquire new food merchants.
- Scale the sales team through mentoring and talent development.
- Drive performance by setting clear expectations and delivering feedback.
- Optimize sales processes and pipeline management using data.
- Forecast sales targets accurately and ambitiously.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a sales manager leading teams to exceed targets.
- Proven track record of success in SMB sales.
- Expertise in value and solution selling.
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation for decision making.
- Must be based in New York City for hybrid office attendance.
