What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts as the primary advisor on activation and business value to achieve digital goals.
• Design and deliver expert-level, use case-based training and workshops to enable enterprise functions at scale.
• Analyze complex quantitative datasets to identify high-value optimization opportunities across omni-channel experiences.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the platform, contributing to vertical playbooks and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor new hires and peers to elevate consulting practices and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Proactively monitor account engagement and execute action plans to mitigate renewal risks in at-risk accounts.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish or French).
• 5+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, or digital consulting.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex quantitative datasets to deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Strong client-facing leadership skills with the ability to build trust at the executive level.
• Exceptional presentation skills and confidence to engage audiences of 50+ participants.
• Availability to travel up to 10% for onsite customer enablement.
