What you will do

• Drive actions through quantitative and qualitative analysis to support EMEA performance tracking across categories and channels.
• Analyze POS performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support EMEA performance tracking.
• Partner with SS&A local teams, Sales, Category, Finance, and Marketing teams to support stakeholders with analytics and reporting needs.
• Manage delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across EMEA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics, category management, or commercial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong experience using Power BI for business reporting and insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Experience with syndicated data preferred (GfK, Nielsen, Circana etc.).
