Senior Reporting Analyst

Focus on deep-dive KPI analysis, identifying bottlenecks in data collection, and coaching an analyst to extend the reporting function's impact.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global hubs.

What you will do

• Define and document key performance indicators, aligning stakeholder needs.
• Design dashboards to track performance of business activities and specific projects.
• Automate key reports and dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on KPIs to extract insights and challenge existing processes.
• Identify bottlenecks in data collection and sharing, working with stakeholders to improve data availability.
• Coach an Analyst to extend the capacity, reach and impact of the Reporting function.

Requirements

• Significant experience in an operational reporting function.
• Experience supporting reporting or analytics in a customer care or contact center setting.
• Strong understanding of contact center operational dynamics and KPIs.
• Experience writing communications for middle and top management.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.

• Technical degree (data analysis, data science).
• Programming skills (e.g. SQL, Python).
