What you will do

• Define and evolve core product KPIs to shape roadmap priorities and evaluate long-term impact.
• Perform funnel and drop-off analysis to identify and optimize friction points in the customer journey.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure impacts on conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for product roadmaps and design decisions.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with product leadership to identify opportunities for customer experience and commercial improvement.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative background in mathematics, statistics, or a STEM-related subject.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in experiment design and A/B testing using statistical methodologies such as regression and hypothesis testing.
• Proven ability to define success metrics and translate them into product strategy.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, Optimizely, and user journey analytics tools like Adobe, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Location: Must be based in London for on-site work.
