What you will do

• Own the end-to-end commercial planning rhythm across UKI, France, and Germany to deliver a single, insight-led forecast.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for forecast quality, alignment, and execution across these priority markets.
• Pressure-test assumptions and run scenarios to translate volatility into commercial advantages for senior leaders.
• Create durable alignment between Sales, Finance, SS&A, and Operations to drive clear decisions and priorities.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial planning team, increasing planning maturity and capability.
• Represent key European markets in global planning forums and translate global direction into executable local plans.

Requirements

• Deep experience in commercial planning, IBP, S&OP, or forecasting within CPG, consumer durables, or retail and e-commerce.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, complex European markets, specifically UK, France, and Germany.
• Strong commercial judgement, data fluency, and the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, high-growth environments characterized by ambiguity.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and/or German is a strong advantage.
• Must be based in London, UK.
