What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of beauty packaging projects from brief to delivery.
• Prepare quotations and conduct detailed cost-value analysis.
• Negotiate with global supply partners to achieve optimal terms and pricing.
• Coordinate project development, sampling, and timelines.
• Manage production scheduling and ensure all delivery commitments are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant merchandising experience in trading, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Must be based in or able to work in Hong Kong (Quarry Bay).
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Putonghua (Mandarin).
• Degree, Diploma, Higher Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Asia as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics packaging and/or formulation.
