What you will do

  • Partner with Engineering Leaders to define role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to closing offers.
  • Own the full-cycle hiring process for diverse technical roles including backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science.
  • Qualify candidates based on technical strength and cultural fit before engaging hiring managers.
  • Design and implement systematic, data-driven recruitment processes to optimize time-to-hire and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of engineering talent for long-term hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Proven in-house technical recruitment experience within the tech industry.
  • Deep understanding of engineering disciplines including backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science.
  • Strong technical literacy with the ability to engage engineering leadership as a peer.
  • Track record of sourcing independently and building pipelines from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Experience delivering against key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline conversion.
