What you will do

• Work closely with Producers and HR to deliver production resourcing across animation and film projects.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates for technical capability, production fit, availability, and team alignment.
• Manage end-to-end candidate communication, including rejections, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Provide recruitment market insights to Production and People and Culture teams.
• Represent the studio at animation industry events, festivals, and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting within animation, VFX, or film.
• Proven experience recruiting for creative, technical, and production roles within animation.
• Strong understanding of animation pipelines, production cycles, and role requirements.
• Advanced experience using ATS platforms and strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to respond to changing production needs.
