What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment journey, from sourcing and interviewing to making the final offer.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to share effective channel strategies for attracting niche, creative, and hard-to-find talent.
• Act as the primary contact for all candidates, ensuring they have an empathetic and welcoming experience.
• Share insightful data and reporting with stakeholders to understand progress and align on next steps.
• Support and coach hiring managers by providing guidance and training on best practices in talent acquisition and interviewing.
• Contribute to team-level projects and share specialized domain knowledge to help elevate the team's collective capabilities.

Requirements

• Genuine enthusiasm for learning new things and commitment to quickly master the hiring needs of any new job discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in deeply understanding, in-depth sourcing, and attracting niche and hard-to-find talent in the Tech or Games industry.
• Excellent skills in building pipelines and nurturing networks, with the ability to prioritize and commit to long-term searches.
• Ability to connect decisions to data and navigate ambiguity, experiment, and constantly look for ways to improve.
• Core skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication, with the ability to advise and challenge counterparts.
